RetailStyle is operated by Pavlidis & Sotiropoulou Retail O.E., registered at 27 Skoufa Street, 10673 Athens, Greece, AFM EL 802461739, GEMI 156824103000. We are the data controller for personal information collected through retailstyle.gr.
We collect personal data when you place an order, sign up to The RetailStyle Letter, book a styling appointment, submit a contact form, or browse the site. The categories of data are: name, email, postal address, phone number, order history, payment metadata (we do not store card numbers — Stripe handles that on PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure), and IP address.
Under GDPR Article 6: performance of a contract for orders and appointments (6(1)(b)); consent for newsletter and non-essential cookies (6(1)(a)); legitimate interest for fraud prevention and analytics (6(1)(f)). We keep order data for 10 years (Greek tax law), newsletter data until you unsubscribe, contact-form data for 24 months, and aggregated analytics for 26 months.
