Thirty days to live with a piece before you decide.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — more generous than the EU 14-day minimum, because you should be able to live with a piece for a long weekend before deciding.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Custom alterations are not returnable. Underwear, swimwear, and pierced earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Log into your account → Orders → Return this item → choose a reason → print the prepaid label (free inside Greece) → drop the parcel at any ACS or ELTA branch within 14 days. Or bring it to the Skoufa flagship and we will process it on the spot.
We inspect within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection (in practice 3). Bank-side processing may add 1–3 days for cards.
Email [email protected] with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — your choice. We pay all return shipping for defective items.
